# Installation

Install ace\_compstashes on a QBCore server with ox\_inventory.

## Requirements

* **QBCore** (`qb-core`)
* [ox\_inventory](https://github.com/overextended/ox_inventory)
* [ox\_lib](https://github.com/overextended/ox_lib)
* [oxmysql](https://github.com/overextended/oxmysql)

## Steps

### Place the resource

Copy `ace_compstashes` into your `resources` directory.

### Add it to `server.cfg`

### Grant staff permission

Either give the ACE to a group:

add_ace group.admin AceStashManage allow
```

### Add your webhooks (optional)

Fill in the `Config.DiscordLogs` webhooks. See [Configuration](/docs/inventory-and-items/compensation-stashes/configuration.md#discord-logs).

### Restart the server

Keep the `db/` folder and its JSON files. With `SaveStashesToJsonFile = true`, the stashes you create are saved there.
