# Troubleshooting & FAQ

Common problems and questions for ace\_advanced\_multipacks.

## Troubleshooting

<details>

<summary>Using a bag does nothing / "No such export"</summary>

* The folder must be named exactly `ace_advanced_multipacks`.
* The resource must start **before** `ox_inventory` and **after** `ox_lib`. See [Installation](/docs/inventory-and-items/advanced-multipacks/installation.md#set-the-start-order).
* The item in `ox_inventory/data/items.lua` must use `client.export = 'ace_advanced_multipacks.aceopenpack_<itemname>'`, and `<itemname>` must match the key in `Config.MultiPacks`.

</details>

<details>

<summary>The bag model doesn't show on my character</summary>

1. Run `/fixbag` in-game.
2. Check that your ped is listed in `WhiteListedPeds`.
3. Check the `drawable` numbers. Other clothing packs can shift drawable numbers. See [Configuration → Bags](/docs/inventory-and-items/advanced-multipacks/configuration.md#bags).

</details>

<details>

<summary>"You can only have 1 bag in your inventory!"</summary>

The player already carries a bag and `AllowMultipleBags = false`. This is the default behavior.

</details>

<details>

<summary>"You cannot put this item in your bag!"</summary>

The item is blocked by the bag's `disallowedItems`, or isn't in its `onlyAllowedItems`. Edit the bag or the groups in `weapons_list.lua`.

</details>

<details>

<summary>"You are not allowed to use backpacks!"</summary>

The player's ped model isn't in `WhiteListedPeds`.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Bag items have no images</summary>

Copy the files from `ace_advanced_multipacks/_Images/` into `ox_inventory/web/images/`.

</details>

<details>

<summary>inv-data.txt isn't generated</summary>

Set `ExportItemList = true`, restart the resource, and look for `✅ Items.lua data exported` in the **server** console.

</details>

## FAQ

<details>

<summary>Does it work with qb-inventory, qs-inventory or others?</summary>

No. The resource is built for **ox\_inventory** and requires it.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I let weapons cases hold ammo only?</summary>

Create a group in `weapons_list.lua` that lists only the ammo items, and use it in `onlyAllowedItems`.
