# Support & Policies

How to get support, and the terms that apply to every purchase.

## Support

Support is available to **verified customers** who bought AceStudios resources through the official [Tebex store](https://acestudios-fivem.tebex.io/).

* Join our [Discord](https://discord.gg/Hrgny6jNSw) and get the **Customer** role.
* Stay in the Discord to keep access to support.
* Open a ticket and include:
  * The resource name and version (from `fxmanifest.lua`)
  * Your framework, inventory and other relevant resources
  * The full error from your server console and/or client F8 console
  * What you already tried from these docs

## Terms of purchase

* AceStudios keeps all intellectual property rights to its resources.
* You may not reverse engineer, share, leak or resell any resource, modified or not.
* Breaking these terms can lead to license revocation and a report to Cfx.re.

## Refund policy

**All sales are final.** Refunds are not issued after purchase. Check that a resource works with your framework and inventory before you buy. Every product page lists its requirements.
